I believe you clinic needs to have a more friendly opening hours. Professional look myself friendly difficult to come at appointments during working hours.

Miscommunication. I was told I would be seen and then after hours of waiting, I was told I would have to wait much longer so it is best I go. This is after being told I'm next in the queue just before this. (I was a walk in patient advised to come in and initially accepted four hours).
